SECTION 21 – ADVANCE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY 

When placing an order with Fusion Gear, an advance payment is required to confirm your purchase. Advance payments are non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer for any reason.

If Fusion Gear is unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange an alternative product or issue a store credit.

Store credits (if applicable) can be used for future purchases and do not expire.

This policy applies to all custom, pre-order, and regular orders placed through our website or social media channels.
