SHIPPING POLICY
1. DELIVERY AREAS
Fusion Gear currently delivers exclusively within Sri Lanka. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
All products are imported on a pre-order basis. Delivery typically takes 15–20 days from the date of order confirmation. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you promptly.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order details.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation and added to our next pre-order batch for import.
5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. However, an advance payment which is non-refundable is required to confirm all pre-orders.

Returns & Exchange Policy
At Fusion Gear, we take pride in delivering only the highest quality jerseys. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in rare cases where issues arise, our policy ensures a fair and transparent process.
1. NO RETURNS FOR SIZE ISSUES OR CHANGE OF MIND
As all jerseys are imported on a pre-order basis, we do not accept returns if:
The customer selects the wrong size.
The customer changes their mind after placing the order.
Please ensure your size and selection are correct before confirming your purchase.
2. EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
While all jerseys undergo a strict quality check before dispatch, if an item has a factory defect or arrives damaged, we offer an exchange or refund as per the process outlined below.
3. REPORTING A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the item. To initiate an exchange or refund, contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp with:
Your order details.
Clear images/videos showing the defect or damage.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or damage, Fusion Gear will cover the standard courier fee (approximately Rs. 375–400).
If you choose PickMe Flash or Uber, any cost exceeding the standard courier fee must be covered by you.
5. CONDITION FOR EXCHANGES
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
6. REFUND & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Refunds and exchanges can only be initiated once the returned product is received by us.

STEPS:
- Send the product back via a courier service (we will cover the standard fee. If you choose PickMe Flash or Uber, any cost exceeding the standard courier fee must be covered by you)
- Once received and approved:
Refunds (for defective items) will be processed within 3 working days.
Exchanges will be added to our next pre-order batch, and we will communicate the estimated arrival date once available.
